Shirley Q is a pint sized Corso that is desperately trying to find her forever home. Weighing in at about 45 lbs, this little girl will melt your heart. Shirley Q was surrendered with her sister Maxine to a high-kill shelter in NYC. With hours to live, CCR pulled and boarded them as a result of a generous donor. From there the girls were transported by our wonderful volunteers, Mike and Diane, to the southern part of the US. Shirley Q is currently being fostered in a wonderful home in TN but really needs to find a forever home as soon as possible. There are many first experiences for Shirley Q...first home...first yard...first couch...first kind human. She is doing exceptionally well in her foster home and continues to amaze her mom. Shirley Q is currently re-cooperating from an URI that she contracted at the shelter...those conditions are deplorable. Shirley Q is THE most submissive Corso I've ever met...she loves everyone and readily falls to the ground to give you her belly. Shirley Q would be most happiest in a home with other dogs her size or smaller for large, loud dogs frighten her. She went to the vet today and quickly earned the love of the humans and animals in the office. If you're looking for a pint sized Corso that will get along with your small dogs then Shirley Q is your girl.
