Michigan Diesel - MI - Young, Male ADOPTED!!

 Currently in Michigan:
This is my "model pose"
Michigan Diesel is a gorgeous blue brindle, male Corso.  Diesel is currently still living with the family that is surrendering him.  They do really love him, but they know they aren't the best fit for him.  They do however know that If we cannot place him, he will have to be surrendered to a shelter where he WILL most certainly be euthanized.  Michigan Diesel is currently living with a family that has 5 children and all this action is proving to be a bit too much for him. He is showing protective qualities of the children and in an extremely active household this is causing concern for the family. They will surrender him to us or the shelter, but prefer that CCR place him responsibly.  Michigan Diesel is only 1.5 years old...he deserves a chance..... he deserves training.  He wants to be a good boy!   Diesel is looking for the right family to live out his long life with.

  2. Hi my name is Vafj and me an my wife were interested in adopting your puppy. We were hoping you could send us more pictures of him and also if you could let us know how was his behavior like. Also does he have any medical conditions we should know about. Well thank you for your time and god bless you and your family.

  3. Can't his family do SOMETHING to make sure he stays safe until another suitable situation (foster or adoptive) can be found? They acquired him, therefore assuming responsibility for his welfare, and didn't have him neutered, which of course has contributed either partially or completely to his behavior. Are they willing or able to set something up to where they can keep him until another home can be found rather than just letting him go be euthanized? His pic breaks my heart -- I would LOVE to give him a home. I am in Virginia though and have no way to Michigan. Is he good with other dogs and cats?

  4. We are a breeder in MI, if you can send along some additional info on this dog and the ideal situation for him we may be able to help find him a home.

  5. We would love to have Diesel join our family. We have a 2yr old blue brindle female who would LOVE a playmate. We can travel to pick him up. We have a great fenced yard, greenway trails for long walks to explore and lots of toys. No lockdown here...run of the house and his own cozy bed in our room to sleep in at night. Human kids are grown and gone - only our doggie kids are left now (happy about that!). We would love to be this cool guys forever family and home.
