Maggie is a gorgeous, black brindled Cane Corso with cropped ears and a docked tail. Poor Maggie was found wandering the streets with a huge open gash on her neck that smelled deeply of infection. The clinic staff at the shelter was able to clean the wound and discovered a deeply embedded collar. The collar had to be surgically removed but we are happy to report Maggie is doing extremely well and well on the road to recovery. Other than the embedded collar Maggie Mae is a healthy, happy girl. The boarding facility reports she does well with other dogs and is 'the quietest' dog in their facility. The shelter also noted Maggie Mae's 'super sweet nature' with people and other dogs.
